The International Journal of Applied Technology & Leadership advances peer-reviewed scholarship that can inform real-world decisions. The journal welcomes work that bridges rigorous inquiry and practice across technology, leadership, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, engineering and systems, organizational behavior, human factors, policy, education, and adjacent applied fields.
Aims & Scope
IJATL is especially interested in scholarship that explains not only whether a technology or leadership intervention works, but also how context, implementation, risk, governance, and human capability influence outcomes.

IJATL is published twice yearly. Special issues or focused collections may be announced separately when appropriate.
